How is the Royal Enfield Hunter to ride on the highway? Three things to think about: One, as we said in our main video on the Hunter, the Royal Enfield has a fast chassis that hosts a slow engine and that gap is the most visible at highway speeds where normal cruising at 90-105kmph feels strained... something a 200cc bike will pull off without effort. We do not recommend the Hunter if the highway is on your agenda at all. There are vastly better products out there for that. Two, We're not going into the rear suspension issues which are real even on the highway -- see our comfort FAQ for details. Three, because of the compact size, the Hunter will also struggle to handle the space you'll need to mount luggage, especially if you have a pillion as well. It's just a problem coming from a lack of places to mount stuff by design as well as compact size. Both the Meteor and the Classic 350, for example, are better than the Hunter for highway work. ~ Video links: Royal Enfield Hunter 350 FAQ bit.ly/rehunter350faq Buy Hunter?
