In today's video, we will explore the creative potential Cities Skylines has as a backdrop for storytelling and world building. We will explore the upscale residential neighborhood of Wasatch Heights in the city of Saltaire as told through the eyes of two of its residents. This video is a little different than a standard let's play, but instead should be viewed as sort of a short film with some commentary and gameplay mixed in from time to time. I believe this game is much more than just a game, and can be used in creative and interesting ways to tell complex stories by using the city as a way to tell the stories of the lives of the people who live there and as a form of digital art in and of itself.
