I'm now 3 months postpartum after having my second son, and my body is nothing like it was pre pregnancy. I definitely didn't 'bounce back' this time. I still have a belly that looks 5 months pregnant, my boobs are saggier, my thighs rub together when i walk, i have cellulite where i didn't even know i could get cellulite - it's wild. But you know what? that's totally normal. there's nothing wrong with having a baby and LOOKING like you had a baby.
