Caution depending on the country, raw eggs may contain salmonella. If you are unsure, heat the food to a core temperature of at least 70°C for a few minutes. Ingredients: -1 Rice Bowl -150g Chicken Thigh or Breast -1/2 onion -2-3 eggs -50ml dashi -3 tbsp soy sauce -1 tbsp mirin -1 tbsp sugar -pinch of salt Toppings: -green onion -sliced nori Instructions: First, cut onion into thin slices. Then, cut the chicken meat into bite-size pieces. Crack open the eggs and whisk them lightly. Add dashi , soy sauce, mirin and sugar into the pan. Once everything is cooked through, add half of the egg and simmer on low heat. Once the egg cooks, add the other half of the egg and immediately turn off the heat. Let the residual heat finish the cooking process. Add the mixture on top of a bowl of hot rice.
