Prepare Mayo Sauce: -In a bowl,add yogurt,mayonnaise,garlic paste,salt,whisk well & set aside. Prepare Hari Chutney: -In a blender jug,add tamarind pulp,green chillies,button red chillies,garlic,salt,cumin seeds,fresh coriander,mint leaves,water,blend well & set aside. Assembling: -On a paratha,add cooked chicken,prepared mayo sauce & hari chutney,onion rings,roll out paratha & wrap in butter paper (makes 7-8). Prepare Mayo Sauce: -Bowl mein dahi,mayonnaise,lehsan paste aur namak dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein & side per rakh dein. Prepare Hari Chutney: -Blender jug mein imli pulp.hari mirchein,sabut lal mirch,lehsan,nanamk,zeera,hara dhania,podina aur pani dal ker ache tarha blend ker lein lein & side per rakh dein. Assembling: -Paratha per cooked chicken,tayyar mayo sauce,hari chutney aur pyaz rings dal dein aur roll ker ka butter paper mein wrap ker lein (makes 7-8).
