Ingredients - 250g malt biscuits - 200g Explorers lollies - 100g unsalted butter, melted - 1/2 a can of sweetened condensed milk - 60g desiccated coconut Method 1. Start by cutting the Explorers into smaller pieces, about 5 per lolly. 2. In a food processor, pulse the biscuits until you have a fine powder. 3. Add the biscuits, cut lollies, melted butter and condensed milk to a large bowl. 4. Mix well, then roll out some cling film. 5. Pour out the mixture and, using your hands, form a log shape. 6. Roll the log in the coconut and cover it tightly with cling film. 7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before you slice and serve!
