Fixing the Salvaged Swamp Tractor and running it on Recycled Cooking Oil instead

I rescued this Abandoned International B414 Tractor a few weeks ago. It had been left beside a swamp for 20+ years so is very rusty, the rims are nearly at the point of collapsing. A local farmer saw the video and told me about a non-running B250 with compatible rims, so I can make one good tractor out of the two.
