With methods for baking without oven, air fryer and a normal baking oven. #happycookingtoyou #FoodFusion #digitalammi #ramazanspecial #LifebuoyPakistan #Superfasthandwash Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/3KvP8X5 Recipe in English: Ingredients: Prepare Coconut Filling: -Makhan (Butter) 30g (room temperature) -Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 2 tbs -Anda (Egg) 1 -Khopra (Desiccated coconut) 50g -Milk powder 1 tbs Prepare Dough: -Doodh (Milk) warm 125ml (½ Cup) -Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 tbs -Khameer (Instant yeast) 2 tsp -Anda (Egg) 1 -Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 & ½ tbs -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp -Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 250g (1 & ½ Cup) -Milk powder 2 tbs -Makhan (Butter) soft 30g -Cooking oil 1 tsp Prepare Topping: -Makhan (Butter) soft 30g -Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 & ½ tbs -Icing sugar 1 & ½ tbs -Doodh (Milk) 1 tbs -Anday (Eggs) whisked 1-2 -Til (Sesame seeds) Directions: Prepare Coconut Filling: -In a bowl,add butter,caster sugar & mix well. -Add egg & whisk well. -Add desiccated coconut,milk powder,mix well & set aside. Prepare Dough: -In a small jug,add warm milk,caster sugar,instant yeast & mix well,cover & let it proof for 5-10 minutes. -In a bowl,add egg,caster sugar,salt,yeast mixture & whisk well. -Add all-purpose flour,milk powder & mix well. -Add butter,mix well & knead until dough is formed. -Stretch & knead until dough is smooth (6-8 minutes). -Place the dough in a bowl,grease with cooking oil,cover with cling film & let it proof for 2 hours (warm place). -Knead dough again until smooth,take a small dough (65g),sprinkle dry flour & roll out with the help of rolling pin. -On rolled dough,add & spread 1 tbs of prepared coconut filling,gather all the sides,pinch & seal the ends. -Grease 5” x 2” oval shape mold with butter (you can use any mold of your choice) & place it on a small bun tray greased with butter,place dough inside the oval mold,cover & let it proof for 30 minutes. Prepare Topping: -In a small bowl,add butter,all-purpose flour,icing sugar & mix well. -Add milk & whisk well until creamy,transfer to a piping bag & set aside. -Once the buns have risen,apply egg wash & sprinkle sesame seeds. -Pipe two stripes of prepared topping mixture onto each bun. Option # 1: Baking -Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 15-16 minutes or until golden. Option # 2: Air fry -Air fry in preheated air fryer at 160C for 6 minutes. Option # 3: Pot Baking -In a pot,place steam stand/wire rack,cover & preheat on medium flame for 10 minutes. -Bake in pot on medium low flame for 12-15 minutes. -Let them cool at room temperature than carefully remove the buns from molds (makes 7-8) & serve!
