So this is our play on pani puri, which is a popular street food in Pakistan. Last time we did a savoury fusion, this time we were feeling a bit sweet. We call it "chocolate pani puri". I think my puri ratio was a bit off which is why it didn't puff up as much. Nonetheless, this came out great!
