It is very easy and simple one. It looks tempting and tastes delicious. You must be knowing about this recipe. But today I will give few tips and tricks to make perfect pohe. Though it is a perfect snack recipe, you can have it at any time of the day. In perfect kande pohe recipe each poha is soft, fluffy and separated. Ingredients: • 2 cups thick Poha • 2 tbsp Oil • 2 tbsp raw Peanuts • 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds • 1/4 tsp Hing • Curry leaves • 2 finely chopped Onions • 3 finely chopped Green chili • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder • Salt to taste • Sugar to taste • Finely chopped Coriander leaves Method: • Sieve the poha well and wash them well 3-4 times. • Cover and rest the poha. • Heat up oil in a pan and add peanuts. • Fry well until they turn reddish and take out in a dush. • In the same oil add mustard seeds and let them pop up. • When mustard seeds pop up add cumin seeds, hing, curry leaves, onion, green chili and fry well until onion gets light golden color. • Add turmeric powder and mix well. • Add poha, salt, sugar and mix well. • Cover and steam poha on low heat for at least 7-8 minutes. • Add coriander leaves and mix well. Kande pohe are all ready. • While serving garnish with coriander leaves, fine shev and fried peanuts and serve a lemon slice along with it.
