Set 2: 12-14 reps Dumbbell Side Raises with Chest Support - 2 sets, 10-12 reps Single Arm Cable Lateral Raise (6x4) - 4 sets 6 reps Cable Tricep Extensions - 2 sets, Set 1 8-10.
