Thirty-year-old Valya lives in the capital with her husband Mikhail and two sons, seven-year-old Pashka and five-year-old Slavik. Their calm and happy family life is marred by conflicts with Mikhail’s mother, Larisa. Tensions with the mother-in-law even forced Valya and Mikhail to leave her huge apartment and find a rental.
