The hyena clan matriarch is away, leading to a coup attempt by some young upstarts. The hyenas get into a huge fight for dominance of the clan, only for the matriarch to return and restore order. But one of the young males has crossed a line, and he is excommunicated by the clan. He ventures off on his own, a dangerous move that leaves him vulnerable.
