Her front leg was broken, causing her immense pain. But she was not alone, for Frida was raising nine little puppies. These puppies were merely ten days old, weak and malnourished. Their tiny bodies were plagued by anemia, a cruel condition. Frida's owner tried to help, using plants to splint her broken leg. But his treatment fell short, unable to heal her properly. To make matters worse, a giant rope bound Frida's neck tightly. The owner kept her tied, hiding his shameful act from the villagers. Perhaps he felt embarrassed by his own cruel behavior. Thankfully, a ray of hope shone upon Frida and her puppies. Rescuers arrived, offering a helping hand and a caring heart. They whisked away Frida and her nine precious offspring to the vet.
