Shiloh was adopted by Justyne from the Wilson Parrot Foundation in Maryland. He was at the centre for 16 years and was given up by his previous owners for being too noisy. Justyne was volunteering at the shelter and fell in love with Shiloh. When Shiloh came home, he adjusted really well, he got his own room and was able to roam around the house freely. Shiloh loves to sing, imitate people and cause mischief. He has brought so much joy to Justyne’s household.
