Hey Horse Lovers! Belle needs to get back into shape and get into an exercise routine! In today's video Belle is going to be lunged for the first time ever since having her foal Esmeralda. Ezyy will join in on the fun and she will be at liberty during our session. The question is how will Belle respond to lunging and with a foal at her side? For more back story information: in February, I purchased Belle from an auction and well... we discovered she was pregnant about 4 weeks later following a wellness exam and quarantine! We were completely shocked but also very happy. This will be our first foal ever born at Free Spirit Farm. Here is a little background information: Belle is a 7-year-old Dapple Grey, Draft who is just under 16.2hh. On 6/16/23 Belle gave birth to her MYSTERY FOAL at 1:15AM!!! We were so excited and overjoyed upon the foal's arrival! Belle had a beautiful filly and we decided to name her Esmeralda. Ezzy is bold, intelligent, kind, willing, and independent. We absolutely adore her and Belle! In this video you will get to see the foal training I have done with Esmeralda thus far.
