Honda looks more likely than ever to build a new Formula 1 engine – and it’s found a new team to do it with after Red Bull. It’s been a drawn out and frankly quite weird saga of Honda officially withdrawing from F1, starting to change its mind, then dithering over a final commitment to the 2026 rules.
