It had always been our dream to visit the Taj Mahal at sunrise. Although we missed the actual sunrise, we were able to arrive at the complex by 5:50 am. After admiring the magnificent monument during the golden hour, we headed to Taj Cafe in Tajganj, Agra to savor one of our favorite dishes, Chicken Biryani, with the unique Agra masala. Once we finished our delicious meal, we continued our journey on foot towards Durgaghat, located along the banks of the Yamuna River, to witness a lesser-known but spectacular view of this wonder of the world.
