Her work challenges others to think differently about what comes next after tragic events and how to plan for future ones. Lucy is a Professor in Practice of Risk and Hazard at the University of Durham and a Fellow in Mass Fatalities and Pandemics at the University of Bath. Heathcliff O’Malley | Photojournalist Heathcliff has worked as a photojournalist for The Telegraph for the past 25 years, covering breaking news, politics and features worldwide. He was on the ground in New York on the day of the 9/11 attack on the World Trade Center. Jelena Watkins | Psychotherapist Jelena is a psychotherapist specialising in trauma and disaster mental health. She has trained professionals in the field of collective trauma and is a co-founder of Centre for Collective Trauma, a collaborative network of professionals specialising in psychosocial aspects of collective grief, loss, trauma and disasters.
