The founder and head chef is Enrico Crippa. He opens Piazza Duomo in 2005, and within one year, he has the first Michelin star. He gets the second in 2009 followed by the third in 2011. Piazza Duomo is also a regular on the world’s 50 Best Restaurant list. At the time of shooting this video, they stood at number 19.
