SAIGON, VIETNAM - @MaxMcFarlin takes me off the beaten path in Saigon to two delicious Vietnamese dishes, Banh Cong and Bánh Xèo. Not only that @theroamingcook is also with me. Ho Chi Minh City is heaven for a food lover and sometimes it pays to get away from all the tourists and have an authentic Vietnamese food experience. Obviously it is easier with Max Mcfarlin because he speaks fluent Vietnamese, but don't let that put you off. Both dishes were exceptionally good.
