Rutz opened in 2001 and the head chef is Marco Muller. In 2007, Muller gets the first Michelin star. In 2016, the second, and in 2020 he completes the trifecta. Muller is the first and only 3 Michelin star chef in the capital. The menu at Rutz has a tasting-only option.
