Russia launched a new offensive across the border into the Kharkiv Oblast, with Russian forces attempting to draw Ukrainian reserves away from other areas of the front. Ukrainian forces have begun to move in to crush the offensive. In retaliation, massive attacks have occured inside Belgorod and Kursk by Ukrainian drone forces.
