Freedom of Russia Legion and Russian Volunteer Corps soldiers crossed the ukrainian border and began liberating a sizable chunk of the Belgorod Oblast. In 6 hours an area larger than the enitre Bakhmut battlefield had been captured, and the area still holds as of this moment. Ukrainian forces in Bakhmut still continue to push around the flanks although news has been limited dur to the Russian situation.
